How do you fund your TD Ameritrade account? For existing users, how has your experience on the platform been? Aside from longer account opening

Do you do a DBS/POSB Electronic Transfer or a Wire Transfer? Which option has lower fees involved?

Funding via dbs:

Dbs fast transfer - around 2 days, follow TD rate which is better

Dbs remit 0 fee - within same day, follow dbs rate

You can use the normal wire transfer (faster) or the normal bank transfer (could take up to 2 working days, but cheaper) to fund your TD account. I have used it for about 2 years now, still my favourite platform to use. All of my main holdings are on it as I mostly invest in US companies.

It also has 0 commission rate so even 1 share at a time cost nothing. Definitely great for beginners.
