My stock was sold due to Tiger Brokers system glitch?

I was unable to modify or cancel my sell order a few days ago as there was a glitch on Tigerbroker’s platform. As a result, my order was executed at an undesired price. I have emailed them, they seem nonchalant about it and have not gotten back to me regarding the compensation. Are they liable to compensate me in this case?
