Hello.
If you and your partner are first-timers applying for a BTO, you'll probably be looking at the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG). Unfortunately, based on the criteria, you and/or your partner must:
What this means is that you and your partner are not eligible for the grant as of now.
Instead, the two of you are eligible for the deferred income assessment. This means that the amount of grant you will get under EHG will only be assessed near the key collection date.
In addition to the deferred income assessment, the two of you will also be able to pay off the downpayment using the Staggered Downpayment Scheme, that allows you to pay in 2 instalments - 1/2 when you sign the agreement of lease, and the other 1/2 when you collect your keys.
Hope this helps!
