I am extremely weary in situations like these.
Is the amount used as a gift or is she the beneficiary?
If the latter, it would be better if you invest it according to her risk profile instead of yours.

If you are unsure, DCA helps you acclimatise to investment volatility. I'd recommend to look very long term. This is a period of volatility and one month can be up and another month down.
