My friend need job advice. Anyone experience this situation? What to do?
My friend: i kept terminated by employer by each job every 3 months cuz they found i am not suitable for the role

Is your friend having some medical condition that he is not even aware of? Some medical condiiton causes learning disability and deters a person to focus on doing something, hence upsetting the employer.
