My boss makes me work till 12-2am every night, and I have over 80 hours of OT that they won't reimburse me for, what should I do?

I'm doing an internship, but I stay in office till late everyday, and the hrs can only be translated into "off in lieu", which my boss wouldn't let me take cause we have a lot of work to do. I'm getting paid low intern salary. I end my internship in one mth, and I don't want to kick up a fuss and ruin my reputation, what's the best way to deal with it?

You may want to check with MOM.

The Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act cover employees engaged under a contract of service. This includes internships if there is a contract of service signed between the intern and the employer.

However, for internships that students undergo as part of their academic course requirements in schools, they will not be subjected to the legal provisions in the EA and WICA.
