I'm doing an internship, but I stay in office till late everyday, and the hrs can only be translated into "off in lieu", which my boss wouldn't let me take cause we have a lot of work to do. I'm getting paid low intern salary. I end my internship in one mth, and I don't want to kick up a fuss and ruin my reputation, what's the best way to deal with it?
