Monthly Retirement Cost - how much will you fund by CPF, how much by cash/investment/others?

Just wondering how the Seedly community will fund their retirement e.g. say we stopped working on our full-time/permanent job by say 65. Assuming we reach FRS.

How much of monthly retirement allowance do you plan to be funded by CPF and how much by cash/investments/passive income (e.g. rental)?

Hi Sharon,

Personally I strive towards a monthly cashflow of $2,500-$3,000 for retirement expenses (excluding discretionary purchases/vacations).

Assuming FRS for CPF, and an estimated monthly payout of ~$1,400. The remaining shall be funded by (1) Anunity plan - 30%, (2) Dividend porfolio - 15%, (3) Rental income - 25%, (4) ETF portfolio - 20%, and (5) Alternative investment like Crypto/ Fine art - 10%
