Mobile plan or package for NS?

Hi, I'm able to enlist, and my dad told me that there might be NS mobile package, plan either from MINDEF or Telcos that I can look into to before my enlistment. Is it true & where can I find more details about it.

If not, should I get the circles.life mobile plan and use the sim card with a portable wifi router to use during my NS? Is it available and worth it. And which is the best portable wifi router for NS (preferable not Huawei, Xiaomi)
