Microsoft 365 Personal Subscription or Office One Time Purchase. Which one to choose?

Hi, I need some help with my Microsoft subscription. With the increase in the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from $108SGD to $154.99SGD, I'm on the fence on whether to renewal my subscription or go for the one time purchase.

I'm mainly use Word, Powerpoint and Excel. And I need access to my outlook email for sending and receiving emails

The rest of the Microsoft apps, I have no use for them. From what I heard, the Office 365 One Time Purchase version only has Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Does this mean that I'm unable to access and utilise my Outlook email account or am I mistaken?
