Medical insurance (hospital + rider) for parents on LTVP?

Hi,

Can someone advise local Medisave-approved Integrated Shield Plan for foreigners? My parents are on LTVP. I am Singapore PR.

Mother has borderline diabetes and high BP, but no other medical admission history. My mother takes pills to control diabetes and BP. My Father has a pre-existing condition (stroke and heart related), he's on medication.

I heard that I can consider Raffles Shield for my mother. Any other options? What would be the rough coverage and premium?

Any possible shield plans for my father?
