May I know Tuas is the only provider that can have their bill together with SP Power?

As of 21 Oct 2021, Tuas Power is the only Electricity retailer that provides the same SP utilities bill with water and gas, providing our customers with the same convenience. Nothing change for our customers, except that they are able to choose their preferred plans and rates. :)

Apart from Tuas Power, Best Electricity and Ohm also offer billing through SP.

Contracts with shorter durations (usually 6 months) are promotional rates designed to attract customers to switch. Often the renewal rate is poorer than the 6-month promotional rate that you signed up for. But most of these providers know that switching can be a hassle and know that many will just renew their contracts with them anyway.
