Margin Cushion IKBR notification when using Cash Account

I have IKBR Cash Account but recently I received an email stating thay I have Margin Cushion: 1.5% remaining and the numbers keep going down. Why am I receiving this msg when I'm on Cash Account? How do I resolve this. Thanks again

I went to check on this, it is not an actual margin amount but more of how much cash u have in comparsion to total asset value. I checked it with IBKR. They just use that terminology
