Looking for an app to upload credit card statement (CSV format)

I'm looking for a relatively easy way to monitor my historical credit card expenses by downloading the CSV format every month, and aggregating similar expenses together according to expense category.

Currently using Citi card, and the CSV format is a bit of a challenge to edit every month...

Alternative, if not an app, a google sheet script or template to do so?
