Looking for a high talktime(2000mins) sim only mobile plan! Most of the plans and comparison tools focus on data only, but many do not take into account high talktime usage.?

My Dad is a heavy caller due to work. (2000mins, 15GB data, no SMS)

Past 6 mths usage(from earliest)
Talktime: 1400,1450,1900,2000,1600,1850 Mins
Data: 3.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.5, 15.0, 9.5 GB

Currently considering:
1. circles.Life Base 20GB, unlimited mins = $38 ($28plan + $10 unlimited mins addon) (-$10 off if porting)
2. giga! 45gb, 2000 minutes = $35 ($25plan + $10 for 1000mins addon)
3. giga! 75gb, 10000 minutes = $45

Any value for money sim-only plans to recommend with high talktime(2000mins)?
