Lets say you meet a person who was initially very enthusiastic and helpful to your potential queries about trading equities. After a while, this person stop replying.

Any idea why are there such people who appear 'fake' , not genuine and do not appear what they seemed to be?

This person is friend or broker or trading course seller? different reasons. if friend, also must have some limit because he is doing for free. if trading course seller or broker, you should know the reasons.

Contractors/vendors/saleperson? Do u give them buisness or just ask for fun?

it is not fake/not genuine, just pragmatic.... if everybody ask for fun, then they become very busy and cannot meet sale target.
