Just started a new job this year, but I've been falling sick way more than usual. Would it be wise to look for another job? Any tips?

The main issue is the air ventilation at my area. Sometimes it can get really hot and other times it’s cold. The people around me have been constantly sick too with everyone just catching everyone else’s virus. Before I entered this job, I seldom fall sick in a year. However, just this year I have reached a record high of 8 MCs. I eat healthily and exercise regularly too. So I really am not sure what else to do. Can someone kindly advise me?

Ask yourself, are you happy now? and then ask yourself, will you be happy with this in 5 years time? take all the replies here and input, but really sit with yourself. No one knows you better than you do

Maybe you can feedback to the management and get them to fix the issue?

At least try to provide your feedback to them.

The market isnt very good right now, people are being laid off so its not very wise if you keep changing jobs because of ventilation issue.

Im sure there is a proper way to handle this issue and running away isnt a good solution.
