Hi JK,
I think VOO + 3067 makes for a solid portfolio for the long run, so you're good there! As for whether you need to manually convert your currency, based on what I read from FSMOne's website, I think it depends on how you set up your RSP. You can either set it up in SGD or in foreign currency (ie the currency the ETFs are traded in). If you do it in SGD, you don't need to convert currencies. If you do it in foreign currency, you need to have the foreign currency available in your FSMOne account for the RSP to be successful.
