I just have a CDP account created but do not have any brokerage account with any banks... and I had only wanted to invest in SSB. Can I do it via online iBanking or thru ATM? Sorry for this noob question...

Hey, if you recall during the application, there was a bank account details to be filled up. Login to that particular bank's ibanking and you can apply for SSB there. You can take a look at this website: http://www.sgs.gov.sg/savingsbonds/Your-SSB/How...

Don't have to link with SSB.
Your CDP account link to a bank account. After the linkage you can just buy the SSB issue from the bank app/ website/ head down to the atm. When purchasing e.g. $500 do have an extra $2 for the processing fee. So total amount will be $502 when purchasing. :)
