Joint Savings Account for Singles towards Marriage and Housing

My partner and I are using DBS My Account as a joint account. Our plan is to credit both of our salaries into the account and have our own Multiplier accounts, so we will be able to get higher interest rates on our Multiplier account because our salary crediting will be inflated by each other's salary. This means that our savings will be split up, but it is slightly more efficient in terms of earning interest.
