Which accounts are recommended to open a joint savings account with my mum?

Planning to open a joint savings account with my mum to deposit monthly allowance for her. Which accounts are good?

Check out cimb fastsavers, if you can do everything online, then this gives you the highest base interest of 0.3% without other requirement. Do check out regarding withdrawal requirements i.e. atm card will be issued etc. Down side is inconvenience of withdrawal as atm is not aplenty. I like this as a place to park short term funds when their interest was about 1+ % with no lock in period. When interest rate environment improves, they may increase the rate again.

It all depends on your requirements. How old is your mom? Depending on how tech-savvy your mom is, I'd recommend using a bank whose ATMs are more widely available, mobile/online banking app is more user-friendly.
