$3,200 is actually an acceptable income!
You may refer to the Graduate Employment Survey to verify as most fresh graduates are earning around $3,000 to $4,000.
For the early stage of the career, focusing on opportunities to upskill, network and climb up the career ladder will be more useful rather than the $1,000 difference. If your company is not providing you good opportunities to do so, then I will highly suggest to exit and look for a role with a stronger opportunity to learn.
The long-run returns in career progression is definitely much higher than the short-term gains of finding a company with a high starting salary but limits your opportunities to grow.
Hope this helps! Cheers!
