It's so unfair to see people get jobs through referrals and friend recommendations while I'm here working so hard to prove myself and get a promotion. I feel there's no point to stay here anymore?

If my efforts don't get acknowledged then what's the point. Is this a childish mindset?

Maybe work on your communications skills. instead of turning the magnifying glass on them, use the energies to work on yourself.
