Is Tiger Brokers Still a Reliable Platform?

Been using Tiger for a while now, but recently I have seen mixed opinions floating around. Some say it’s still one of the best platforms for low fees and an easy to use interface, while others mention issues with execution speed and customer support.

Personally, I haven’t had major problems, and I like how they’ve been adding new features like AI-powered insights. But I’m curious，how’s everyone’s experience lately? Still your go to platform, or have you moved on to something else?
