Does anyone have any experience using the Tiger Brokers platform and if they are reliable?

So I have been looking for a low cost option to invest in Singapore and American stocks, and I was attracted to the very low fees that Tiger Brokers offered. I do know that the stocks are held in a custodian account.

They have been operating for a few years already and recently started doing business in SG. They are from China but locally incorporated and licensed. Custody with IBKR and CGS-CIMB I believe.

Nice platform, low commission across all exchanges and free live market data. No LSE though. Other brokers may have lower commission but for specific exchanges only. So far no issues for me, but sometimes they send you message in chinese, can be confusing
