Well, you can, but perhaps not in the same way that you would with a broker. This is because each robo takes a certain amount of time before your cash is put to work. This will vary between robos but it can be anywhere between 1-3 business days. This would mean that if the dip is too short, you might not get to capitalise on the dip. However, on the flip side, if the dip turns into a crash, this might turn out to be better because you might have ended up buying too early if you had a broker which would've allowed you to buy on the first day of the dip.
