Is there any updated Integrated shield plans comparison?

found this 2019 Seedly blog. anyone did an update comparison? since the premiums and T&C seems to have changed this year for all insurers.

Not sure if the MOH summary pricing is accurate because I went to see before and it was slightly off. Maybe can google for their brochures for the exact quotation? That would take more effort but probably more accurate!
