Is there a monthly fee or minimum sum to be kept in interactive broker?

I am new to Interactive Broker. Would like to ask how does the fee works and also is there a min sum to be kept in the account? (including or excluding stocks purchased)?

IBKR charges a monthly inactivity charge (USD 10 if you're 26 or older, USD 3 if you're under 26). Commissions incurred are offset against the inactivity charge (e.g., if you spend USD 3 in comms, your inactivity fee is USD 7, derived from 10 - 3). This charge is waived for the first 3 months and is also waived after your account passes USD100k in value.

There is no account minimum balance, however, the inacitivty fee is at USD 20 per month if your average equity balance is under USD 2,000.
