Noob at Idiots Invest
If you're diversifying into Syfe REIT+ as a satellite portfolio, and you intend to stay invested for a long time, nothing's holding you back from lump-sum investing now.
Most people here will preach you the same principles. Start early, stay invested, hold on through ups and downs. DCA if you fear volatility, otherwise lump-sum to gain early foothold in the markets.
I'm invested with Syfe REIT+ myself. Started just a short while ago. There's no time better than now to invest.

Good question! This also gets asked quite often during our webinars. You may refer to our blog post here https://www.syfe.com/magazine/is-now-a-good-tim...
Over the long term, the stock market tends to rise, so you might as well get started sooner rather than later. It makes sense to simply enter the market and stay invested, instead of worrying whether the market is at a high or low point.
Hope this helps!
