I'm not very sure about OCBC blue chip investment but when I first started in my investment journey, I looked into ROBOS, gradually from ROBOS I stepped into the stock market and eventually the crypto space.

Why ROBOS? IMO, it is more managable for beginners as all we needed to do was to deposit $ and ROBOS will do the investing for us. Depending on your risk appetite but personally I'm using:
1) Syfe (Equity 100 & Cash+ 1.5%pa) - no minimum deposit for all portfolio
2) Endowus (Ultra Smart Cash 1.8%pa) - minimum 1k SGD, you can use cpf to invest as well
