Is now a good time to leave my 9-5 to start F&B?

Crowds are beginning to return. Although dining restrictions are slated to end soon, you may want to anticipate dining restrictions having to be reimposed if cases begin to rise. It's not the easiest time to be running an F&B venture. It also depends on your personal financial circumstances. Where are you in life - do you have a child or elderly parents to support, and/or a mortgage to pay off? If you have heavy financial responsibilities, perhaps consider whether you have sufficient savings to help you weather the first 1-2 years of your F&B venture.
