Thinking of putting some money in Capitaland Mall and Frasers Centrepoint Trust. I'm currently invested in STI ETF via RSP ($300/month) with around $30k in cash

i wrote a short review on retail reits a few months back. if you are just buying 1 lot (1000 units) of CMT, i think it's still ok, but just be prepared for fluctuations. if you are buying even lesser, just check the transaction fees cos usually brokerage charge about $29 per transaction as minimum. 52 Wk Range: 1.95 - 2.17
