Personally speaking, I'm against the idea of paying for such premium access just for stock tips. As a small, retail, investor, I believe in investing either via ETfs or directly purchasing a few bluechip, dividend-paying, stocks.

I've paid for premium access to some business newspapers for the news and analyses of businesses and economies. I don't bother too much about their tips, recommendations, etc. for individual stocks, though.
