Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy Tencent (US) via Tiger app. Even after topping up my account and buying during trading hours, I get the prompt " This stock can only be closed".

Can anyone advice?

I think its probably due to the recent huge fluctuations of the HK/CN stocks hence Tiger only allows selling but not buying (similar to gme/amc saga)
