Currently have Equity100. Thinking of investing in Syfe Reit100 and its Global ARI.
Looking at long-term.
Able to DCA $500 in total.

Thought you might be interested to know Syfe just rolled out a new series of Core portfolios!
The Core Growth portfolio could be a better core holding if you're looking for a total wealth solution. While Equity100 holds only stocks, Core Growth is diversified across stocks, bonds and gold. You can find out more details here.
Personally, if I had to choose between the Syfe portfolios, I might go with Core Growth and REIT+.
Hope this helps!

Hallo
Over-diversification could refer to when you spread your money (e.g., not a very large amount) too thinly over too many assets. Global ARI and Equity100 do have some overlap. This is not really diversification. It's like buying meals from KFC, Macs and BK - yes, you get different burgers, but you also end up with a whole bunch of french fries. If anything, I think you should choose between either Equity100 or Global ARI.
Definitely can. However bear in mind it's a 100% equities portfolio, you may want to consider exposure to other stuff for stability.
With $500 a month to invest, I suggest focusing on one portfolio first. $500 is relatively small capital, and with small capital, growth should be a priority. This would be different if you had say, a $1M portfolio already. The growth from REITs cannot compare to equities. To reap substantial passive income from REITs dividends you need a large enough portfolio for it to make sense.
