Is it wise to get a HFE and apply for the up coming BTO/SFB - if i just got my SPR-ship Will low cpf affect hfe results & affect us getting a house?

Am looking for advice if i should BTO/SBF with my fiance (sgoreans but a student) now that i just got my spr-ship. thinking to be a pr for a few months (3 to 5 months) before applying.

U just gotten ur SPR. how about your spouse? is he a SC?

if both SPR, both need to wait until 3y mark.

If spouse is SC, then u can proceed w HFE.

Low CPF doesnt affect loan amount. Loan will be based on ur salary/month.

FI will know that u dont have CPF contribution prior to your SPR. they will use ur payslip + NOA as income proof.
