Is it wise to buy a resale HDB that is going on a negative sale of 80 to 100K?

What are some considerations that I should have when looking at this property?

Is this flat going to be for you to stay for life? if it’s yes, I guess it doesn’t matter.

Why do you choose this resale hdb ?
Location?

Any idea whether why the owner are selling at this rate ?

Hi Anon, hmm I don't think I'll buy a resale HDB going on a negative sale unless you are sure that the price will appreciate in the future but I highly doubt so as they must be a reason why the flat dropped in price. You may want to think twice about it or speak to an agent for their opinions.
