Is it safe to buy+hold SG/ HK stocks & ETFs using TigerBrokers?

I think generally it is quite safe.

However, if you don't feel safe using it, seeing as it is new to the scene, you can consider IBKR which has lower commissions and access to SGX and HKEX as well.
