Is it possible to buy an Integrated Shield Plan for my parents right now (20 Dec 2024)?

I'd like to buy a hospital plan for my father who is turning 60 years old next year. I understand he has to go for a health check-up which isn't a problem for me, he has went for other health checks here and there two years ago. But recently he's very into alternative medicine / TCM because one of his friends is kind of anti-Western medicine and I know it'll be a real pain to get him to go for a check-up.
