Is it dangerous to continue using Tiger Brokers and Moomoo by Futu with the regulatory risks?

My TIGR is down 50% lol gg... Apart from the TIGR stock... Will the regulatory risks by China's new personal data privacy law affect my current portfolio in Tiger Brokers and Moomoo by Futu? Is it risky to continue using these Chinese online brokerages?

Is ok lol, worse is they move out from china.
Worst is they shut down the company, and your share and info probably take over by IBKR or any other brokerage.

And the news is and old news fyi, since 2019 they have been talking about it. Just that they bring it up again.
