Hello! I would say online as well, because there are definitely some perks to doing so. Some of it that I can think of include:

It is a very convenient and time-saving method. Can apply anytime and if you are a Singaporean with Singpass, you can port over some of your personal details as well
Scouring the net for credit card promotions is also a very big pros when you're applying for a new card. I don't think you will get the same perks when you apply in person

I vouch for online! Pros is of course sign up promos for new cardmembers. Cons for applying for a credit card online might be.... keying in the wrong details when applying? Then when you wanna change it might be a little troublesome...
