Is it advisable to invest $10k into Syfe Equity100 portfolio at a go? Is it considered timing the market?

No, you could do that of course.

you could also buy a more globally diversified ETF like SWRD or VT, the latter with 0.00 USD fee online broker like TD Ameritrade.

Splitting the buy sums into 2 or 4 parts for different dates 6 months or quarterly) wouldn't hurt. Most important afterwards: patience, never sell when the markets drop or even crash.
