Is it a good time to trade CSPX now? The prices keep rising. Any advice?

The better approach is to not invest either now or then but always. since we cannot predict the future price we should not try to market-time. A lot of investors underperform the index because they buy and sell, typically when they sell they are often wrong and miss more capital appreciation. So when once you decided on asset allocation just buy periodically and hold (forever).🍀
