SIA's revenue and profits are not just from home ground in Singapore. I think it would be better for you to look at the world climate surrounding the Covid-19 situation rather than isolate it to the conditions of Singapore alone.

Did you forget to ask people when is the right time to sell after you buy SIA shares??????
Can you stop asking people when is it the right time to buy a stock kind of question? No offence but what is the point of doing this?
Do you ask people when should I eat dinner tonight so that I will be least hungry going to bed? What time should I brush my teeth tomorrow morning to have the best breath??
You have to make the painful decision yourself.

Am vested and trying to get out. Would not recommend to enter! Much better option elsewhere. SATS will be better than SIA if you want to ride on the reopening.

I would only buy SIA if I am in for the long term, and if I cant find any other better investments. Fundamentally, SIA is still the lifeblood of Singapore's economy, so it remains as a great company to invest in. However I would not be too hopefully for a recovery in the aviation industry anytime soon. Hence in the meantime i would rather invest in other sectors that have higher growth potential.
