Is Gemini a safe platform to buy bitcoin?

Their user interface is sleek and it is easy to link your Singapore Bank account to deposit funds.

However, my friend faced a problem with transferring of funds and it is very hard to contact them. Their customer support via email is very bad as they do not reply you promptly.

If anyone have any experience in communicating with them via email, i would appreciate your comments as well.

I'm super convinced that Gemini is one of the SAFEST places to buy/sell/hold your crypto. in general, you want to guard against outsiders (e.g. hackers) and insiders (e.g. CEO running away with billions, or stupidity/human error). Gemini, in my view, has done everything humanly possible + conceivable to prevent all these. That's not to say that a Superior Intelligence Alien Race with quantum computers and mass-mind control will not be able to access your coins, but Gemini has done a good job minimising that risk. They have really put in a lot of thought into being Security-First, and it shows.
