Is first REIT a good buy at this price? But based on their stock price, the last time they were are 0.4 was 11 years ago... So for them to climb back to their prime need to hold at least 5 years?

Cut my losses at 0.41... my advice if your horizon is to hold for long term, go for quality REITs instead. Lippo/ OUE sponsor REITs should be avoided as they have a record of diluting shareholder value of their REITs. And given the mess Indonesia is in right now with covid.. it will likely take even longer for them to even get back on track.

Nobody know the future in 5yr time 🤷‍♂️

OPINON:
Base on technical anaylsis. There is a high probability it will conti. to down. No hurry to rush in yet. Havent have a clear reversal signal yet. Dont catch a falling knife. Low can be lower.
