Is dividend income taxable in Singapore?

I have heard conflicting answers from my friends, about dividends being taxed at the personal income tax rate, corporate tax rate, this rate, that rate, etc. Any ideas?

Perhaps your friends were refering to US dividends which are taxed, but as of now SG dividend income is not taxable

Dividend income is tax exempt in Singapore.
