1) Job that I can excel in

2) Job that provides me with growth

3) Job that can pay me

4) Job with a vision that I believe in

Now (mid 30s):

1. Salary
2. Stability
3. Low toxicity: mental health is very important

But if I were to give advise to the freshly-grad me more than 10 years ago:

1. Good bosses: willing to protect & nuture you, willing to listen & solve your issues
2. Work-life balance: effective and efficient workers should be valued, instead of rewarding for presence
3. Opportunity for growth: In some places, it is evident that only those selected for succession plan are groomed

I'd tell my younger self, money and stability are not so important because if you are worthy, there will be places fit for your value. Don't be afraid, age & little liability are the safety net even if one fall.
