Considering a career in data analytics. Can those who are in the field/know about the career share their thoughts in this field?

Can you share more about your current background and your motivation to move to data analytics, assuming you are working in a different field now?

Overall speaking, it's just a job as all other jobs, pay range based on my own experience and the nature of jobs are not as attractive as what people (many are educational centers) are advertising about.

Data itself is very big. I transited into Data without any prior experience. But there's a lot of things that you'll need to learn.
