Endowus just released their ESG Investing offering in Fund Smart. Is anyone opening an ESG account with them? How do you decide which funds and allocations?

ESG is definitely a good offering and it helps to make their Fundsmart more attractive with the increase of various specialized funds.
For me, I probably won't open a new goal just for ESG but will probably incorporate some of them into my current portfolio for more diversification or just because I believe in their growth potential.
As for deciding on which funds, it should be largely the same as choosing any funds. You should look at the funds individually and try to find out what they set out to do, the companies within the fund and their exposure in different locations and sectors (in this case since they are all companies aimed at sustainability there will be less variance than say s&p500 but a fund that's more into geothermal and hydrogen may not do as well as a fund that is more into solar and wind in today's climate for example)
