Is anyone experiencing error message in doing FAST transfer to citibank credit card?

I was able to do that for the past few months until yesterday... Tried removing and adding back new payee but still having this error..... tried transfering using OCBC account and its successful... but just SC not able to.. Called SC they ask me to call Citibank... Citibank say to use other method/other bank account for fund transfer.....
